WHAT ARE LIGHTROOM PRESETS?

The simplest way to think of them is like a filter that gives your photos a professional and beautiful look in 1 easy click.

They are called presets because they are made within Adobe Lightroom and are “pre” decided “settings” that can give your photos a certain look and feel.

A preset is a lot of different actions — like adjusting colors, exposure, white balance, and saturation — all saved into one action, called a “preset”.

The benefit of presets is they are much quicker than manually editing every photo, they create consistency in your photos, and anyone can use them—whether you’ve ever edited a photograph or not!

WHAT PROGRAM DO I NEED TO USE YOUR PRESETS?

You need a free Lightroom CC app on your phone (iOS & Android), and do not need a subscription. The Adobe Lightroom app is completely free to download and set up an adobe account. This means you don’t need to have a paid subscription to use Lightroom, and you can import my mobile presets and do everything right on your phone. It’s a one-time purchase, you don’t have to pay for them monthly. You don't have to subscribe to Lightroom to use the presets on your mobile.

HOW/WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES?

All customers will receive a download email immediately following purchase. If you did not receive a download email, please check your spam folder and the email address associated with your form of payment. You may also contact victoriabee.shop@gmail.com and I'll resend your email.

I PURCHASED THE PRESETS BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING IN MY EMAIL. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you aren’t seeing it, please check your junk mail or spam folders first. Also Your email was most likely entered incorrectly. If this occurs please e-mail victoriabee.shop@gmail.com to sort out the issue.

CAN I USE PRESETS ON VIDEOS?

The New 2022 Update for Lightroom Mobile Premium (the paid version of the app) now allows video editing.

CAN I SHARE MY PRESETS WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

All presets Victoria Bee products are copyrighted. The license you buy is a single purchaser license. Its license does not extend to companies or partnerships and may not be resold (whole or modified, reversed-engineered), loaned, and/or gifted to another individual and/or party.

WHAT IF THE FILES SHOW UP AS A BLANK IN MY CAMERA ROLL?

That is perfectly fine!

All mobile presets are DNG files and essentially RAW images, it will show us as a blank or black photo in your Mobile Device’s Camera Roll.

Once you open the Lightroom CC app and import the preset a folder, you will see the actual preset image.

HOW TO INSTALL PRESETS ON LIGHTROOM MOBILE APP (DNG)

Please make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.

Tap on the .DNG file. This is normal if it says an unsupported file or looks like a picture.

Find the "..." or "arrow up" button top right and push.

Save this .DNG file in your camera roll. No worries if you only see a blank picture – they should look like this!

Open the Lightroom App and Click the 'Add Image' button and add the file. It will appear as an image.

Open the image > Click the 3 dots in the top right corner > Click 'Create Preset' > Name your preset > Save

Go back to the Home Page in your App. Add your own photo and open it. In the Edit Mode scroll the bottom panel to 'Presets' > 'User Presets' > Click the preset you have created.

HOW TO INSTALL LIGHTROOM CLASSIC DESKTOP (VERSION 7.3 OR LATER .XMP)

Open Lightroom Classic and go to the Develop module. You will see the modules listed at the top, right.

On the left you will see a section called Presets.

Click on the + icon at the top right of the section.

Select Import Presets from the dropdown menu.

Browse to where you have saved the unzipped .XMP files and import.

Your presets will now be listed in the Presets section.

HOW TO INSTALL in Lightroom 4, 5, 6 and Lightroom Classic (version 7.2 or older .lrtemplate)

Open Lightroom and go to Develop Mode.

Find the "Preset" section on the left side and click "+" and select Import.

Browse to where you have saved the unzipped Lightroom presets folder

Then select all the .lrtemplate ﬁles you want and click “Import”.

Now, you can use your presets for Lightroom.

Unfortunately, once a digital purchase download has been initiated, it cannot be returned. This return policy includes requests associated with not having compatible software to use for a purchase.

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ADOBE SOFTWARE?

Mobile presets are designed for use on the FREE Lightroom app for mobile and work well with JPEG images, such as iPhone and Android photos. They are designed to be used as filters for those who want to edit quickly on their phones.

Your purchase can be re-downloaded at any time. If you get a new phone you can download your Lightroom Presets to your new phone at no charge.
